Job Summary

The HR Intern at Edwin Academy will support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational activities. The intern will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and employee engagement activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR functions in an educational institution setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.

Employee Documentation
Maintain employee personal files (hardcopy & digital).
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
Update employee records in HR database.

Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance records.
Maintain leave records and update trackers.
Support in preparing attendance reports.

Payroll Support
Assist in collecting attendance data for payroll processing.




Help verify salary components and deductions.
Support in preparing payroll-related documentation.

Employee Engagement & HR Activities
Support in organizing training sessions and workshops.
Assist in employee engagement activities.
Help conduct feedback surveys and collect responses.

HR Administration
Maintain HR reports and MIS.
Assist in policy documentation and updates.
Support HR team in daily administrative tasks.

Required Skills

Qualification
completed BBA / MBA (HR) / B.Com / BA (HR-related Diploma courses)

Internship Details
Duration: 3–6 months
Location: Edwin Academy Kochi
Stipend: As per company policy
Certificate provided upon successful completion

Job Types: Full time, Internship

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
