Job Purpose:
Responsible for driving sales growth through new business development, key account management, customer retention, and value-based selling across the animal nutrition sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets and drive profitable revenue growth.
Develop new accounts and expand existing key customer relationships.
Manage key customers across poultry, aqua, ruminants, swine, premix/additives, etc.
Understand customer needs and provide value-based nutritional solutions.
Build strong relationships with feed mills, integrators, farms and key decision-makers.
Work closely with Technical, Nutrition, Marketing and Pricing teams to close complex deals.
Handle customer complaints and ensure solid account retention.
Maintain CRM, sales forecasts, competitor intelligence and account pipelines.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant discipline.
8–15 years of relevant sales/account management experience.
Robust experience in Animal Nutrition, Feed Additives, Animal Health or Agribusiness.
Proven track record in B2B sales,



new business development and key account management.
Robust consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to poultry, aqua, ruminants, swine or feed mill business preferred

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
