Job Title: Relationship Manager – Direct Sales (B2C)

Product: Keystone Holiday Membership

We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive B2C direct field sales. The role focuses on meeting customers, explaining membership advantages, and closing high-value holiday membership deals.

JD:
Generate and close B2C direct sales through field activities
Explain membership plans, pricing, tenure & perks to customers
Build and maintain solid customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Ensure proper documentation and post-sale follow-ups

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in direct B2C sales
Field sales experience is mandatory
Experience in high-ticket sales preferred (Real Estate, BFSI, Insurance, Hospitality, Lifestyle)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Saturday & Sunday mandatory working
Weekly off as per company policy (weekday)
CTC up to ₹5.5 LPA (Max)
Attractive performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
