Job Description:

MICEcafe Journey is looking for a agile and client-focused Client Servicing Manager who can communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
Understand client requirements, needs and expectations clearly.
Communicate with clients regarding their queries, requirements and ongoing requests.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requirements.
Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
Handle client concerns and queries professionally and provide timely solutions.
Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously while maintaining proper coordination.




Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and servicing.

Preferred Profile:
2–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Client Relationship Management or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust ability to understand and interpret client requirements.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple internal teams.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
