Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with around 8 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in S/4HANA, production processes, quality management, and end-to-end SAP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities
Work as an SAP PP/QM Consultant on implementation and business transformation projects.
Configure and support SAP PP processes including:
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Work Centers and Routings
Production Planning
Production Orders
Production Execution
Handle SAP QM processes including:
Inspection Types
Quality Planning
Quality Control
Inspection Lots
Quality-related production processes
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Participate in end-to-end/full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, documentation, and user support.




Work on integration between SAP PP/QM and other SAP modules where required.
Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver project requirements.

Required Skills
8+ years of SAP experience
Robust experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP
Expertise in:
MRP
BOM
Routing
Production Planning
Production Execution
Strong experience in SAP QM
Expertise in:
Inspection Types
Quality Planning
Quality Control
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
Experience in 1–2 full-cycle SAP implementations
Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in S/4HANA implementation projects, strong PP/QM integration knowledge, and experience working directly with business stakeholders will be preferred.
