We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams. This role is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in customer coordination and IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements, queries, and concerns and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
Follow up with technical and development teams regarding customer requests and provide timely updates to customers.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project/service updates, timelines, and issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed within the expected timelines.
Ensure customers receive clear and professional responses to their queries.




Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and maintaining good client relationships.

Skills & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates with a basic understanding of IT/software products or services will have an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Hindi language proficiency will be an added advantage.
Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow up effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Google Workspace.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Professional and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
