Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and sales requests.
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and advantages to customers.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to close deals.
Handle customer objections and negotiate terms to finalize sales.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Maintain system logs and documentation
