Job Description

Solar Qube Energy is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions and support our solar sales team.

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries.
Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and the website.
Explain rooftop solar solutions and government subsidies.
Schedule site visits for the sales team.
Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with customers until installation is completed.
Build long-term customer relationships.

Skills Required
Good communication in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
Customer handling and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:
Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
