POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a visionary Retail Fashion Marketing Head to lead our marketing

strategy, brand development, and retail operations across our growing chain of

fashion stores. This is a strategic leadership role that will shape the future

of Geeta Wholesale Mart's brand presence in the market.
The Retail Fashion Marketing Head will be responsible for:
Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
Managing brand positioning and identity
Overseeing all 7 current stores and upcoming 2 recent stores
Driving sales growth through creative retail and marketing initiatives
Building and leading a marketing and retail team




Managing marketing budget and ROI
Creating engaging customer experiences
Driving online and offline integration
Competitive analysis and market intelligence

STRATEGIC MARKETING & BRAND MANAGEMENT
RETAIL OPERATIONS & STORE MANAGEMENT

SALES & REVENUE GROWTHTEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree (Essential):
MBA in Marketing or Business Administration
Bachelors in Commerce, Business, or Marketing
Any graduate degree with marketing specialization

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
