Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Process Associate to join our team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to parents seeking home tuition services, connecting with provided leads over the phone, understanding their requirements, and converting these leads into loyal customers by offering personalized tutoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Connect with leads via calls, understand their specific requirements related to home tutoring, and provide tailored solutions.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to parents, including selecting appropriate tutors, scheduling demo classes, and ensuring smooth communication between parents and tutors.
Communication Skills: Ensure explicit, positive,



and effective communication with parents and customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
Feedback Collection: Follow up with parents to gather feedback on the tutor’s performance and overall experience after the successful placement of tutors.
