Job Description – Key Account Manager (KAM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage key clients, build long-term relationships, and drive account growth. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, client-handling, negotiation, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients.
Understand client requirements and business needs.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
Handle client meetings, product demos, and regular follow-ups.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Drive renewals and increase revenue from existing accounts.
Coordinate with Sales, Tech Support, Product, and Operations teams to resolve client issues.
Monitor client satisfaction and handle escalations.
Track account performance, revenue, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate client information and activities in CRM.
Prepare regular account reports for management.




Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and business growth.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
Strong experience in handling corporate/key clients.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Solid negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
Target-oriented with a strong business mindset.
Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
Experience in SaaS, CRM, WhatsApp API, AI, or digital solutions is preferred.
