Job Description – Senior E-Commerce ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive to manage our Shopify website, e-commerce marketplaces, online operations, and e-commerce team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Shopify website, including products, collections, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Manage product listings and operations across e-commerce marketplaces and sales channels.
Monitor and manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and fulfillment-related issues.
Coordinate with the warehouse, marketing, design, and technical teams.
Manage, guide, and monitor the E-Commerce team and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor sales, product performance, inventory, and return data.
Prepare reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel.




Have a basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads and coordinate with the marketing team.
Identify opportunities to improve website performance, sales, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify.
Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and online sales channels.
Good team management and leadership skills.
Knowledge of order processing, fulfillment, returns, and refunds.
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
