We are looking for an experienced Freight Broker to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in freight brokerage, carrier sourcing, load booking, rate negotiation, and coordinating shipments from pickup to delivery.

Responsibilities
Find and develop relationships with reliable carriers and transporters.
Source and book freight loads.
Negotiate freight rates with shippers and carriers.
Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment status.
Maintain solid relationships with carriers, customers, and transport partners.
Track shipments and resolve transportation issues.
Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, and carrier information.
Identify current business prospects and help grow the freight brokerage operation.

Requirements
6months of experience in freight brokerage, transportation, or logistics.




Solid knowledge of freight transportation and carrier operations.
Experience negotiating rates with carriers/customers.
Existing relationships with transporters or carriers will be an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, truckload brokerage, carrier sales are strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
