Responsible for managing the complete service and maintenance operations of the AC/HVAC division. The role includes coordinating technicians, handling customer complaints, scheduling installations and service calls, ensuring timely completion of jobs, managing warranty-related work, and maintaining valuable customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily AC service, maintenance, installation, and commissioning activities.

Allocate service calls and work schedules to technicians.

Monitor technicians' performance and ensure timely job completion.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Coordinate with customers, technicians, suppliers, and management.

Check service reports, work updates, installation photos,



and warranty documentation.

Maintain service records, spare-parts requirements, and pending-job reports.

Ensure proper quality and safety standards at every site.

Follow up on pending service calls and AMC works.

Prepare daily/weekly service reports for management.

Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and service quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
