Job Summary

Looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team through effective customer coordination, order processing, documentation, follow-ups and sales reporting. This is a desk-based office role requiring strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Prepare quotations, invoices and sales-related documents.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements and delivery schedules.
Follow up on quotations, pending orders and payments.
Maintain customer and sales records in Excel/software.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch and Accounts teams.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Track leads, enquiries, orders and follow-ups.
Maintain proper filing and documentation.
Assist the Sales Team in achieving business and customer service objectives.

Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication.




Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
Professional telephone and customer-handling skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–2 years in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service or Administration preferred.

Compensation:

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience and suitability.
