Job Description – Business Development Associate

Career Leaders is hiring Business Development Associates to expand our institutional partnerships and generate leads for our various educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit nearby schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational institutions regularly.
Promote Career Leaders’ courses and educational programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, institutes, teachers, and management.
Identify and explore opportunities for collaborations, tie-ups, seminars, workshops, and student outreach programs.
Generate qualified leads and contribute towards student enrollments and admissions.
Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team to convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and institutional partnerships.
Achieve assigned lead generation and enrollment targets.





Candidate Profile:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable with field visits and meeting school/institute representatives.
Robust convincing and relationship-building abilities.
Sales/Business Development experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills are also welcome.
