A Multi Head Packing Machine Operator is responsible for running and maintaining automated weighing and packing systems (commonly used for snacks, grains, pulses, soya chunks, etc.). Here are the main job responsibilities:

Machine Operation
Operate and monitor the multi-head weighing and packing machine.
Set machine parameters like weight, speed, and pack size as per product requirement.
Start and stop the machine safely during production.

Production Handling
Ensure smooth and continuous packing without interruption.
Feed raw material into the hopper and maintain proper flow.
Check filled pouches for correct weight and sealing quality.

Quality Control
Regularly check pack weight accuracy and reject defective packs.
Ensure sealing, printing (batch/date), and packaging quality is proper.
Report any product or packaging defects immediately.

Maintenance & Cleaning
Clean machine parts before and after production shift.




Perform basic troubleshooting like jam removal or minor adjustments.
Inform maintenance team in case of major faults.

Record Keeping
Maintain production records (output, wastage, downtime).
Report daily production to supervisor or shift in-charge.

Safety & Hygiene
Follow all safety procedures while operating machines.
Maintain hygiene standards in food packaging area.
Wear required PPE (gloves, cap, uniform, etc.).

Coordination
Coordinate with production and quality teams.
Follow instructions from shift supervisor or plant manager.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
