We are looking for a candidate with minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electronics, machines, warehouse operations, and manufacturing processes.

Laptop preferred; a two-wheeler is mandatory, as the job requires travel to manufacturing plants located in industrial areas with limited public transportation.

Responsibilities:

Monitor IoT/MES dashboards and identify data, connectivity, machine, and production-related issues.

Monitor live machine data and ensure accurate data flow from machines/PLC to IoT/MES systems.

Troubleshoot machine connectivity, IoT gateway, PLC and communication-related issues.

Required Technical Knowledge:

Basic knowledge of IoT, MES, PLC, and industrial automation.

Understanding of PLC communication and machine data collection.

Knowledge of Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA, RS485,



and TCP/IP is preferred.

Understanding of OEE, production monitoring, traceability, downtime, and machine utilization.

Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.

Willingness to provide online/customer support and coordinate with plant teams.

Qualification:

Diploma in Electrical Engg. & E&TC.;
Basic knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes and electronics components.
Understanding of PCB assembly and SMT line operations.
Basic knowledge of SMT machines and production processes.
Good communication and team-coordination skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
