Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of .NET Core-based applications and microservices.
Define technical standards, coding practices, and ensure best practices in software development.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, conducting code reviews and guiding team skill development.
Drive continuous improvement in system architecture, security, performance, and scalability.
Evaluate and recommend recent technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance development efficiency.
Ensure integration of applications with various backend systems, databases, and third-party services.
Lead troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
Document architectural designs, development processes, and technical specifications.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of skilled experience in software development using .NET Core and C#.
Strong expertise in designing and developing microservices architectures.
Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, Web APIs, and RESTful services.
Deep knowledge of SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and data modeling.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including deployment and monitoring.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue) is a plus.
Solid problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
Experience with event-driven architecture and domain-driven design.
Prior experience as a technical architect or team lead.
Working experience in heterogeneous architecture will be a plus
