We're hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to own all external customer-facing coordination for a premium home textiles D2C brand with hotel and retail clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer care queries and complaint resolution
Act as marketplace POC (listings, issues, escalations)
Act as retail store POC
Manage trade program relationships (interior designers, architects)
Support research and sourcing tasks
Requirements:
Robust written and verbal communication - English and Hindi both
Comfortable representing a premium brand across different audiences (retail customers to trade clients)
Prior experience in customer service, account management, or client relations preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
