Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and guest service.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service teams.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and purchasing.
Control food, beverage, labour, and operational costs.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and outlet reports.
Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food-safety requirements.
Conduct staff briefings and performance reviews.
Manage vendor coordination and operational requirements.
Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions.
Maintain a protected, qualified, and positive working setting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
