Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate dialysis machines and equipment.
Prepare patients for dialysis procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Monitor vital signs and patient condition during dialysis, noting any changes.
Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the dialysis area and equipment.
Administer medications as prescribed and manage any complications that arise during treatment.
Record patient data accurately and update medical records as necessary.
Collaborate with nephrologists and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding dialysis and kidney health.
Skills and Qualifications:
Completed a diploma or degree in Dialysis Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and equipment operation.
Excellent patient care and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a rapid-paced workplace.
