Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT/technical positions.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Meet assigned hiring targets and timelines.
Requirements
6 months–1 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
Positive understanding of technical hiring and IT roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a quick-paced setting.
Pay: ₹10,193.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
