Real Play is hiring a Tele Caller for our Kochi office. We are looking for a confident and target-driven individual with positive communication skills who can handle calls effectively and convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
Explain products/services clearly to prospective customers
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate call records
Meet daily and monthly call targets
Update and manage lead data in the CRM/register
Coordinate with the team on lead status and closures

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach
Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet use)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Preferred
Prior experience in a sales or lead conversion role
Familiarity with CRM tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
