Position Summary

The Resident Warden is responsible for the overall administration, discipline, safety, and welfare of students residing in the University hostels. The role ensures a secure, inclusive, and student-friendly residential setting while coordinating hostel operations and student support services.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day administration and smooth functioning of the hostel.
Ensure student safety, discipline, and adherence to hostel rules and regulations.
Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly.
Coordinate room allotment, check-in/check-out, and occupancy records.
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and mess services within the hostel.
Conduct regular hostel inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Organize student engagement and welfare activities in coordination with the Student Affairs team.
Maintain hostel registers, incident reports, and other statutory records.
Coordinate with parents, faculty,



administration, and service providers whenever required.
Ensure compliance with University policies and health & safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in any discipline.
5–8 years of experience in hostel administration, student affairs, residential life, or institutional administration.
Experience in universities, residential schools, or educational institutions is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
