Job Description

We are looking for Freelance Recruiters to support our recruitment team in sourcing and hiring candidates for IT & Non-IT positions.

Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and personal networks.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team/client.
Maintain regular communication with candidates.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Achieve assigned recruitment targets.

Requirements
Previous recruitment experience preferred.
Freshers with positive communication and networking skills can also apply.
Good knowledge of sourcing and candidate screening.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Smartphone and internet connection required.
