Admission Counsellor / Telecaller

We Shine Academy is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Admission Counsellor / Telecaller.

Job Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents through phone calls.
Explain our courses, programs, fees, and admission process.
Understand students’ requirements and guide them toward suitable courses.
Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain regular communication and update enquiry/follow-up records.
Achieve assigned admission and calling targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build a positive relationship with students and parents.

Eligibility
Freshers can apply.
Experienced candidates are also welcome to apply.




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Tamil communication skills preferred.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Salary

Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and performance.
