Job Description

We’re looking for a Founder Content Producer / Videographer-Editor to work closely with our founder and build a strong personal-brand content engine.

n

The content ideas, themes and direction will largely come from the founder. Your job is to take those ideas and own the production end-to-end — from figuring out how to shoot them, to filming, editing and delivering the final content.

n

This is not a traditional social media manager role.

n

We are looking for someone who understands people, storytelling, camera, editing and content .

What you’ll do n

n
- Plan shoots around the founder's content ideas and calendar
n
- Figure out the setting, framing, lighting, camera angles, shots and format for each piece of content
n
- Shoot the founder for short-form videos, talking-head content, interviews, behind-the-scenes content and other formats
n
- Make the founder look natural, confident and engaging on camera
n
- Capture additional B-roll and supporting footage wherever required
n
- Edit high-quality Reels, short-form videos and other founder-led content
n
- Handle pacing, cuts, captions, sound, music, colour correction and overall visual finishing
n
- Repurpose longer recordings into multiple pieces of content
n
- Understand what makes content watchable and shareable , rather than simply producing technically correct videos
n
- Build a consistent visual style for the founder's personal brand
n
- Maintain an organised library of raw footage, edits and final assets
n
- Continuously experiment with formats, hooks, editing styles and storytelling approaches
n

What we’re looking for nn
- Strong experience in videography and video editing
n
- Excellent understanding of framing, lighting,



composition and camera movement
n
- Solid editing skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent
n
- Experience creating Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts / LinkedIn video content
n
- Ability to independently plan and execute a shoot
n
- Strong sense of pacing and storytelling
n
- Good understanding of social media content and what keeps people watching
n
- A strong visual eye — you should care about how every frame looks
n
- Comfortable directing a founder during shoots and getting natural performances
n
- Fast, proactive and comfortable working closely with a founder
n

You should be someone who thinks about the content, not just the camera.
