We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and accelerate PlugUp’s growth in the EV charging industry.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Lead and manage the EV charger sales team
n
- Develop and execute sales strategies across India
n
- Drive sales of AC and DC chargers up to 360 kW
n
- Build relationships with CPOs, fleet operators, dealerships, corporates, government agencies and infrastructure developers
n
- Manage key accounts, channel partners and institutional clients
n
- Monitor sales targets, pipelines, conversions and team performance
n
- Coordinate with technical,



project and service teams for successful execution
n

n

Candidate Profile:

n

n
- Proven experience in EV charging, electrical equipment, power electronics or related industries
n
- Robust team-management and business-development capabilities
n
- Existing industry relationships will be preferred
n
- Willingness to travel across India
n
- Target-oriented with strong commercial and negotiation skills
n
