Job description:
Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant services.
Troubleshoot mail delivery, message trace, spam filtering, and mail routing issues.
Administer mailbox archiving, retention policies, and Litigation Hold to meet compliance requirements.
Configuring, Managing, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of complete office workplace of desktops, Laptops & Printer in Single Domain Network Setting and handle vendors’ product of (Dell, HP, Lenovo).
Local and Network Printer Installation, Configuration and Sharing.
knowledge of DNS Sever, DHCP server, AD and Domain server ext.
Configure and maintain Exchange Transport Rules (Mail Flow Rules).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Desktop Support L2: 3 years (Preferred)
