We are looking for a motivated Jr. IT Administrator with around 1 year of experience to support our users, systems,

and IT infrastructure. The candidate should be passionate about troubleshooting, problem-solving, and learning

BIM technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows issues.
Support BIM applications such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Troubleshoot software, licensing, network, and connectivity issues.
Assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, DNS, and DHCP tasks.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, and user access.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.

Required Skills
Around 6 Months - 1 year of experience in IT Support / System Administration.
Positive Windows troubleshooting skills.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and networking.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
Passion for learning BIM software and technologies.
Positive communication skills and willingness to learn.
