Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships through digital banking channels
Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products
Cross-sell & up-sell products like cards, assets, and TPP
Promote digital banking services and customer retention
Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
Maintain CRM records and documentation accurately
Achieve sales and portfolio targets
Follow banking compliance and process guidelines

Required Skills:




Robust communication & customer handling skills
Sales and persuasion abilities
Basic banking & financial product knowledge
Computer and CRM knowledge
Customer-focused mindset

Languages Required:
English (Mandatory)
