Role Summary

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, and marketplace ad platforms (Myntra Ads, Nykaa, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads), driving productive customer acquisition and revenue growth across D2C and marketplaces. This is a hands-on, analytical role that requires close agency management and comfort digging into the numbers, not just reviewing dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Own performance marketing strategy and budget allocation across Meta, Google, and marketplace ad platforms
Drive full-funnel campaign planning (TOF/MOF/BOF), audience strategy, and creative testing
Monitor and optimize ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and attribution across channels

Marketplace Growth
Manage paid media and visibility strategy on Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon, and Flipkart
Track marketplace-specific metrics (ASP trends, PLA performance, category-level ROI) and identify growth prospects
Coordinate with marketplace account teams and agency partners on catalog, listing, and ad optimization

Agency & Vendor Management




Manage day-to-day relationship with performance marketing and marketplace agencies
Hold agencies accountable on spend efficiency, reporting accuracy, and ROI assumptions — comfortable challenging numbers, not just accepting reports at face value
Review and validate monthly/quarterly performance reports before they go to leadership

Reporting & Analysis
Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting cadences (weekly/monthly)
Present channel performance, budget utilization, and recommendations to leadership
Conduct regular audits of Business Manager hygiene, tracking/attribution setup, and campaign structure

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with CRM, and creative teams to align paid media with campaign calendars and launches
Partner with e-commerce/D2C team on landing page and conversion rate optimization

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
