Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to work directly with the founders in a hands-on business role. The position begins with operational support and evolves into client handling and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily operations, coordination, and follow-ups
Maintain records of inquiries, orders, and communications
Support client communication and vendor coordination
Conduct basic market research and identify potential clients
Assist in order tracking and logistics

Growth Path
Transition into client management and sales
Develop relationships with forging companies




Handle negotiations and business development activities

Requirements
0–3 years of experience (freshers welcome)
Robust communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
Interest in business, sales, or industrial trade

Compensation
Fixed salary
Performance-based incentives (post training phase)

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
