Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Department Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills and experience in retail store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
Achieve sales, productivity, and profitability targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain stock availability, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
Monitor shrinkage and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Coordinate with the Store Manager to improve overall store performance.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
2–6 years of experience as a Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Team Leader in Retail, Supermarket, FMCG, QSR, or similar industries.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willing to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
