Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Career Guidance:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and working specialists to understand their career goals.
Pitch and recommend suitable IT courses based on their academic background, skill gaps, and career aspirations.
Walk candidates through curriculum details, certification value, project work, and placement support.
Business Development & Lead Conversion:
Follow up on warm leads generated via digital marketing, website inquiries, and walk-ins.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and meetings to convert inquiries into active enrollments.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly target quotas for course admissions.
Outreach & Partnerships:
Identify and connect with local colleges, universities, and corporate partners for tie-ups, workshops, and placement drives.
Represent the academy at educational fairs, webinars, and campus outreach programs.
Pipeline & Relationship Management:
Maintain and update student records, interaction logs,



and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Build solid long-term relationships with students to drive referrals and positive testimonials.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, academic counseling, or admissions within the EdTech, IT training, or coaching sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science/IT, or a related field.
Domain Awareness: Sound understanding of current IT industry trends, popular technologies (e.g., Python, Full-Stack, Java, AWS, Data Analytics), and career paths in tech.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with robust presentation and persuasive pitching abilities.
Sales Drive: Target-driven mindset with proven negotiation skills and consultative selling capabilities.

Pay: ₹11,587.04 - ₹40,957.42 per month
