Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients’ physical conditions to diagnose functional movement issues.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment and patient goals.
Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and equipment to treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory issues.
Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued rehabilitation at home.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Maintain up-to-date patient records and comply with confidentiality regulations.
Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies.
Ensure a secure, clean, and inspiring therapy workplace.
