Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team to achieve business and student recruitment targets.
Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, admission requirements, and visa processes.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with students, parents, universities, and business partners.
Generate current student enquiries through referrals, marketing activities, networking, and local business development.
Monitor applications from initial counselling through admission, offer letter, fee payment, visa processing, and pre-departure support.
Ensure the team follows proper documentation, compliance, and institutional processes.
Track branch performance, conversion rates, applications, and revenue, and prepare regular reports for management.

Pay: ₹17,762.21 - ₹25,000.00 per month
