We are looking for an experienced and responsible Department Manager to oversee the daily operations of a retail department and ensure excellent customer service and sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the assigned retail department. Supervise, guide, and motivate department staff. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving sales targets. Manage product displays and ensure proper merchandising. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of products. Ensure proper inventory management and minimize stock loss. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Prepare sales and performance reports. Ensure the department is clean, organized,



and follows company standards. Train and support new team members. Coordinate with store management and other departments. Requirements: Previous experience in retail management or department supervision. Strong leadership and team management skills. Valuable communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of sales, merchandising, and inventory management. Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
