Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for our hospital, increase brand awareness, patient footfall, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage digital marketing, social media, and hospital promotions.
Develop strategies for patient acquisition and lead generation.
Build corporate and referral partnerships.
Organize health camps and promotional activities.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and campaign performance.
Manage the marketing team and achieve departmental targets.
Prepare regular marketing reports for management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
8 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare/hospitals.
Robust communication, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
