Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator with solid knowledge of computer networking, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting to manage and maintain our organization's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity and internet issues
Manage IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network security
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment
Monitor network and system performance and resolve technical issues
Handle IT hardware and software troubleshooting
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
Configure and troubleshoot CCTV, biometric systems, and other network-connected devices
Maintain IT documentation, network diagrams, and asset records
Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors when required
Ensure regular backups and basic IT security practices

Required Skills
Strong understanding of Networking fundamentals
Good knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DHCP,



DNS, NAT, VPN
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic server administration
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of network security and access management
Ability to independently diagnose and resolve IT issues

Preferred
CCNA or equivalent networking certification
Experience with MikroTik, Cisco, Fortinet, TP-Link, Ubiquiti, or similar networking equipment
Experience managing office IT infrastructure
Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud services

Someone who can take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot networking issues independently, and ensure that the organization's IT infrastructure remains reliable and secure.
