Key Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and conduct preliminary assessments.
Handle selection, documentation, joining formalities, and recruitment trackers.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Maintain daily attendance for the Chennai branch.
Conduct regular floor visits to monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
Track leave, permissions, and late attendance.
Monitor GM/PM attendance across all four branches.
Provide timely attendance inputs for payroll processing.
Coordinate and resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
Onboarding & Exit Management
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and system access.
Conduct exit interviews and complete employee exit formalities.
Employee Coordination & Engagement
Handle employee queries, HR communication, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with employees, managers,



and management on HR-related matters.
Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Plan and support employee engagement activities, celebrations, team-building programs, and welfare initiatives.
Collect employee feedback and support engagement initiatives.
HR Documentation & Reporting
Maintain employee records, HR documents, databases, and trackers.
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Ensure accurate, confidential, and audit-ready HR records.
Follow up on pending HR activities and ensure timely closure.
General HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and other responsibilities assigned by Management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
