Roles & Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through consultants, contractors, system integrators, OEMs, and end users.
Promote Omicron's range of HVAC, BMS, and Instrumentation products.
Prepare techno-commercial offers, estimations, and project proposals.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and project opportunities to achieve closure.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize orders.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with consultants, contractors, and key accounts.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
2+years of experience in HVAC, BMS, Automation, Instrumentation, or Technical Sales.
Solid understanding of HVAC systems, Building Automation Systems, and industrial instrumentation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.




Experience in consultant handling, project sales, and channel partner development.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and quotation management tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in HVAC Controls, BMS, Sensors, Building Automation, or Industrial Instrumentation.
Existing network with HVAC consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
Robust project sales experience in commercial buildings, data centers, hospitals, pharma, and industrial projects.
Leadership capability to guide junior sales engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn new technologies and handle multiple product categories.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
