DH Infra Projects LLP is Hiring: Site Engineer (Kochi)

DH Infra Projects LLP, a Design & Build civil construction firm operating across architecture, structural consultancy, and construction, is looking for a Site Engineer to join our team at our Kochi site.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, coordinate with our design and structural teams, and ensure that work on site progresses on schedule, within budget, and to our quality standards. This role is central to translating drawings and specifications into built work on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and material deliveries to maintain the project schedule.
Set out works, take measurements, and verify levels and dimensions on site.
Monitor quality of workmanship and materials, and enforce compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption logs.
Liaise with architects, structural consultants, and the project coordinator to resolve site queries and design clarifications.




Prepare and verify quantity estimates and assist with billing and measurement of completed work.
Identify and report site issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly and propose practical solutions.

Requirements
Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Prior site experience in building or infrastructure construction preferred (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply).
Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of estimation and BOQ preparation is an advantage.
Valuable communication and coordination skills; ability to manage site teams.
A valid driving license is mandatory, as the role requires travel to and around the site.
Willingness to be based full-time at the Kochi site.
