Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction activities.
Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and other project teams.
Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship as per project standards.
Assist in quantity estimation, measurements, BOQ preparation, and material requirements.
Review civil, structural, and architectural drawings and identify site-level discrepancies.
Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
Support senior engineers in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Monitor concrete, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and other civil works.




Assist in preparing measurement sheets, work orders, and contractor bills.
Track material consumption and minimize material wastage.
Coordinate for inspections, testing, and rectification of quality issues.
Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
Maintain project documentation, records, checklists, and reports.
Support snagging, quality checks, and handover activities.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of RCC, structural, finishing, and building construction works.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Positive site supervision and coordination skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at construction/project sites.

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
