Job Title: Executive – Quality Assurance

Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 2–4 Years

Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, or related manufacturing industries

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and maintain Quality Assurance documentation, including SOPs, STPs, specifications, and related records.
Ensure compliance with internal quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Handle audit-related documentation and support compliance activities.
Manage export documentation and respond to documentation-related queries.
Ensure timely completion and maintenance of legal and regulatory documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Assurance function.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), B.Sc.,



or M.Sc.
2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Documentation, Compliance, or a related function.
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, or similar regulated industries is preferred.
Valuable understanding of quality systems, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
