We are looking for an experienced and professional Residential Chef to prepare high-quality, hygienic, and nutritious meals for a private household. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in South Indian cuisine, particularly Karnataka/Bangalore-style food.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals according to the family's preferences and requirements.
Specialize in authentic South Indian and Karnataka cuisine.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Plan menus and manage grocery and kitchen requirements.
Prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as required.
Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper food storage.
Adapt dishes according to dietary preferences and special occasions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Residential/Private Chef.
Excellent knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
Strong understanding of Karnataka/Bangalore-style dishes.
Valuable communication skills and knowledge of Kannada/local Bangalore language preferred.
Well-mannered, trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined.
Comfortable with a 24×7 residential setup.
Good personal hygiene and qualified conduct.
