Candidates with strong agricultural knowledge and rural market understanding preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to promote and expand our organic fertilizer business. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer networks, meeting farmers, generating sales, conducting field demonstrations,



and building strong relationships in the agriculture market.

Freshers with passion towards agriculture sales and experienced candidates with 2–3 years in agri-input business are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell organic fertilizers and agriculture products to farmers, dealers, and distributors
Develop recent dealer and distributor networks in assigned territories
Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and awareness programs
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in rural markets
Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for business growth
Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports
Ensure timely payment collections from dealers/customers
Participate in agriculture exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
