Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Understand and address client needs, preferences, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Coordinate photo sessions and schedules between clients and photographers
Guide clients through the photography process, from booking to final product delivery
Maintain detailed records of client communications, bookings, and payments
Seek feedback from clients to continually improve our services and exceed their expectations
