We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for a premium residential project in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities
Generate and handle leads through calls, digital enquiries, references and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and present the project, amenities, location and pricing.
Conduct and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
Regularly follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain solid customer relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team throughout the booking and sales process.
Participate in marketing activities, property exhibitions and promotional campaigns.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.




Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Confident, presentable and target-oriented.
Knowledge of Kharghar/Navi Mumbai real estate market will be an advantage.
Comfortable interacting with premium clientele.
